I got their attention and received a call within five minutes of the forward. We spoke with Johnand I reaceived the same instructions but if that didn't work I have a personal phone number now and will receive a visit from a locksmith. It worked three times in succession and not the next five and then opened the safe one more time. I will try again tomorrow.I will keep you updated.Thanks and God Bless eddie Sir,

It requires a key to set the start of the opening process. It has been unsatisfactory since purchase. Customer service from these people suggest that if the combination does not work, back off the number supplied as a combination and see if this does not work. With the door open I looked at the back side of the lock. The stamp was indestinct but I was able to read: GUARD INC, RRANCE ?, COMBINATION LOCK,GROUP 2, 36VM, and an ink stamp 181203. I was unable to locate the manufacturer on the net.I am a ffl dealer and another customer has the same problem.
